PANDEMIA
A l’occasion de l’année du mexique en 2011, Vudeface production s’allie avec la société française Kidam et la société mexicaine Axolote en vue de produire Pandemia, un projet franco-mexicain ambitieux d’un nouveau style de cinéma obéissant à un processus d’élaboration à plusieurs vitesses.Notre volonté est de favoriser un échange artistique et industriel entre la France et le Mexique pour révéler un cinéma original et contemporain en produisant un long métrage fictionnel réalisé par un groupe de dix jeunes cinéastes mexicains. Le synopsis obtenu par le travail de ces dix réalisateurs mexicains sera retravaillé lors de résidences coordonnés et soutenues par Nicolas Klotz et Elisabeth Perceval. Le film sera tourné en France par les réalisateurs mexicains.
To mark the occasion of the mexican Year in France in 2011, Vudeface Production formed alliance with the french production company, Kidam, and the Mexican production company, Axolote, with the view to producing Pandemia, an ambitious french mexican project with a new cinematographic style that operates on a multi-tiered development process. Our wish is to encourage an artistic and technical exchange between France and Mexico producing a fictional feature length film written and directed by a group of 10 young Mexican filmakers in France. The synopsis resulting from the writtings of these 10 Mexican directors will be revised during group sessions in France coordinated and supported by Nicolas Klotz and Elizabeth Perceval. The film will be shot in France by the same 10 directors.
